Asleep no more

For a while this pen has laid inactive,

Collecting dust and drying its ink.

It’s time, for it to be of use once more.

To make use of its blue when it still runs in its tube.

It was made to write, express in words and art.

Not to stay pretty and embellish a desk.

Awake Sherae’s pen and be asleep no more.

There’s much to do, lots of paper to fill.
